The short version: we collect the store URL you submit, your IP, and your user-agent. We use them to write you back about pilot scripts. We don’t sell anything to anyone. No tracking cookies. Email hello@shopcopy.ai any time to delete what we have.

1. Who we are

shopcopy.ai (“we,” “us”) is a one-person studio that writes TikTok ad scripts mined from Shopify customer reviews. The site is operated from the European Union by the founder, who can be reached at hello@shopcopy.ai.

2. What we collect

When you submit the form on the homepage, we receive:

The store URL you typed
Your IP address
Your browser user-agent
A timestamp
A Cloudflare Turnstile token (used once and discarded — see §4)

If you email us directly, we store the contents of that conversation as long as it’s an active thread.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools. The site does not set cookies. Standard server logs (CloudFront access logs) are automatically deleted after 90 days.

3. Why we collect it

One reason: to look at your store, generate the five free sample scripts, and email you back. The IP and user-agent are kept solely to investigate spam or abuse if it happens.

4. Third parties

We use a small number of third-party services to run the site and the form:

Amazon Web Services — hosts the static site, the form-handling Lambda, and the email delivery infrastructure. Data is stored in the us-east-1 region.
Cloudflare Turnstile — bot-protection challenge on the form. Cloudflare may set a short-lived cookie scoped to challenges.cloudflare.com to remember that you passed the check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Resend — delivers the notification email to us when you submit the form. See Resend’s privacy policy.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your data with any third party for marketing or advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for up to twelve months after the last interaction, then deleted. If you become a paying client, we retain the records of our work together for as long as the engagement runs, plus any period required for tax or accounting purposes (typically up to seven years).

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Tell you what data we hold about you
Correct anything that’s wrong
Delete it
Export it in a machine-readable format

Email hello@shopcopy.ai with the subject line “data request” and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

Shopcopy.ai is a B2B service for Shopify-based DTC brands. The site isn’t directed at anyone under 16 and we don’t knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We’ll update this page when we change anything material and bump the effective date at the top. If we make a substantive change that affects existing clients, we’ll also email you about it.
